Robert Rooze brings his vast food service experience to all of his projects. He is a former owner of a
catering company and served as a Food Service Manager for two hospitals. In addition, he has "hands-on" experience in food preparation while working with Sky Chefs, Inc. |
Prior to forming
ROBERT ROOZE Food Facilities Design, he gained over 10 years experience with several of Southern California's leading food
service design firms. |
